INFORMATION ON EXHIBITS AND PROGRAM ADS

Thursday, October 26th through Saturday, October 28th 2006.

DATES AND VENUE

The conference will be held from October 26 to October 28, 2006 (Thursday through Saturday) at the Campus Center, University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

RATES

A. Rates for PROGRAM ADS

• $300 for full page ad
• $175 for half page ad
• $100 for quarter page ad

B. Rates for VENDOR/PUBLISHER Tables

• $300 per table for a full table
• $175 for half table (shared with another vendor-display)
  *Table rate includes registration for staffers: 2 for full table, 1 for half table
• For smaller displays, $20 cost is on a per book/display item basis.

C. Rates for SMALL NON-PROFIT Organization Tables

• $30 per table for a full table,
  Plus Conference registration fee for person(s) staffing the table.
